Nexo Uploader

Refund Policy

Effective as of July 12, 2026

This Refund Policy governs how refund requests are handled for software licenses, digital products, and services of the Nexo Uploader project.

By paying for any product or service, the User confirms their agreement with this Policy.

1. General provisions

1.1. All Nexo Uploader products are digital goods and services.

They include:

  • Nexo Uploader software licenses;
  • Nexo Unique licenses;
  • training materials;
  • digital guides;
  • access to additional features;
  • plans with personal guidance;
  • other digital products of the project.

1.2. Once access to a digital product is provided, the service is deemed rendered.

2. Refunds

A refund is possible only in the following cases:

  • the same order was paid twice;
  • the User paid for an order, but the license was not provided through the fault of the Administrator;
  • the Administrator cannot provide the paid product for technical reasons.

In all other cases, refunds are made solely at the discretion of the Administrator.

3. When refunds are not issued

No refund is issued if:

  • the license has already been issued;
  • the User has received access to the software;
  • the User has received access to training materials;
  • the User has started using the software;
  • the User changed their mind about using the service;
  • the User could not set up the software on their own;
  • the User did not achieve the expected results;
  • the User changed their plans or business model;
  • the software works as described.

4. Personal guidance

Additional terms apply to the “Training to results” plan.

Once the service has started (access to training, a consultation, software setup, delivery of materials, or the start of guidance), no refund is issued.

5. Results of use

Nexo Uploader is software for automating work with content.

We do not guarantee:

  • a specific number of views;
  • sales growth;
  • profit;
  • new clients;
  • content monetization;
  • any specific financial results.

The results of using the software depend on many factors, including the User's actions, content quality, changes to platform algorithms, and other circumstances.

Not achieving the expected results is not grounds for a refund.

6. Responsibility for third-party platforms

The Administrator is not liable for:

  • changes to YouTube algorithms;
  • restrictions imposed by Google;
  • channel suspensions;
  • video removal;
  • API feature restrictions;
  • actions of third-party services.

Such circumstances are not grounds for a refund.

7. How requests are reviewed

To request a refund, the User must contact project support.

The request must include:

  • the order number (if available);
  • the payment date;
  • the payment amount;
  • the payment method;
  • a description of the situation.

The Administrator may request additional information needed to verify the circumstances.

8. Review period

All requests are reviewed within a reasonable time after the necessary information is received.

If an additional review is needed, the review period may be extended.

9. Refund method

If a refund is approved, it is made by a method chosen by the Administrator, unless the law or the payment system's rules provide otherwise.

Fees charged by payment operators, banks, and other intermediaries may be withheld if they are non-refundable.

10. Fraud

The Administrator reserves the right to refuse a refund if it detects:

  • attempted fraud;
  • abuse of the refund policy;
  • false information;
  • a violation of the Terms of Use.

11. Changes to this Policy

The Administrator may change this Policy without prior notice.

A new version takes effect when it is published on the project's official resources.

12. Contact information

For refund questions, the User can contact project support through the official contacts listed on the website or in Telegram.

13. Final provisions

By paying for any Nexo Uploader product, the User confirms that they:

  • have read this Policy;
  • understand that they are purchasing a digital product;
  • agree to the refund terms;
  • accept the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

Important: if you have trouble using the software, we recommend contacting support first. In most cases, technical issues can be resolved quickly without requesting a refund.
